Your Order and Important Delivery Information
Thank you for choosing Rowe’s Courier Delivery Service.
Our pasties are freshly produced each day in our own state of the art production facilities and then frozen (unbaked), to lock in all their juicy goodness and flavour. Simply store your pasties in your freezer as soon as you take delivery and then bake them from frozen – this is exactly the same process as we use in our bakeries in Cornwall. Pasties
All our pasties are delivered to you frozen in an insulated box. Our courier picks them up in Cornwall in the late afternoon and they are delivered the following morning before 12 noon (please note, sometimes the courier can run late.). Please ensure therefore that there will be someone available to receive the delivery and get the pasties straight into a freezer. Don’t worry if the pastry has started to thaw a little, simply put in your freezer for when you are ready to use them. The baking instructions included with every delivery will tell you all you need to know. They are super easy to follow.
Delivery Days
Our courier delivers Tuesday to Friday only. You can order up to 12 pm for the day after delivery. For example, orders for a Tuesday delivery need to be with us by 12 pm on Monday. Orders for a Friday delivery need to be with us by 12 pm on Thursday. We do always try to send your delivery out the next day. Look out for your “Order Shipped” email so you know when it will arrive, you should also receive an email from our courier with a delivery time, please keep an eye on these emails so you know when to expect your order, or the slight chance there is any delays from the courier. Regrettably, we cannot deliver on Bank Holidays. Orders can obviously be made in advance and if the pasties are for a special occasion or gift please try and order as early as you can to ensure they arrive in time.
Delivery Charges
Our prices include postage and packing, there are no further charges added.
Delivery Areas
Mainland UK addresses only. We regret that due to courier delivery charges there are some places that we cannot deliver. Items cannot, therefore, be sent to the following locations: Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands and the following postcodes in Scotland: AB37, AB38, AB41-56, DD5-7, FK8, FK19-FK21, HS1-HS9, IV1-IV63, KA27-KA28, KW1-KW17, KY9-10, KY15-17, PA20-PA78, PH1-PH50 and ZE1-ZE3.
Gift Messages
Our pasties make the perfect gift – all of our orders will come with a signed note and a little gift from us to say thank you, and we are always delighted to include a handwritten message for you too. Just tell us what you want in your message at the time of order.
