COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR FROZEN PRODUCTS

Small Pasties

For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Bake in a convection oven at 190°C/360°F, or a deck oven at 225°C/425°F for 35-40 Minutes. 

Medium Pasties

350g

For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Bake in a convection oven at 190°C/360°F, or a deck oven at 225°C/425°F for 45-50 Minutes. 

Large Pasties

500g

For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Bake in a convection oven at 190°C/360°F, or a deck oven at 225°C/425°F for 50-55 Minutes. 

Sausage Rolls 4″

For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Bake in a convection oven at 180°C/360°F, or a deck oven at 225°C/425°F for 25-30 Minutes. 

Mince Pies

For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Bake in a convection oven at 150°C/360°F, or a deck oven at 200°C/400°F for 10-15 minutes.
