Baking Instructions

ALL OVENS VARY – THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE A GUIDELINE ONLY!

Festive Pasties: Bake from frozen. Pre-heat oven to 190C. Remove required amount from outer packaging. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until pastry is golden brown and filling is piping hot (over 90C). Do not refreeze after thawing or baking

Chunky Christmas Cracker Rolls: Bake from frozen. Pre-heat oven to 190C. Remove required amount from outer packaging. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and filling is piping hot (over 90C). Do not refreeze after thawing or baking.

Shortcrust & Puff Pastry Pies: Bake from frozen. Pre-heat oven to 150C. Remove required amount from outer packaging. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until pastry is golden brown and filling is piping hot (over 90C). Do not refreeze after thawing or baking.
